Manufacturing
We give our customers a quality promise on every pump we deliver. For us, precision is everything—in the pump, in manufacturing, and in service.
Unlike other manufacturers, who cast many of their pump components, our components are made entirely from high-quality solid material. This guarantees consistently high quality without cavities.
All components are manufactured exclusively at our site in Kummerfeld, northwest of Hamburg. The same applies to final assembly and final inspection.

When manufacturing our components in our own production facility at Jung & Co., we take great care to ensure that the required qualities and tolerances are achieved and maintained after each processing step. Each component passes through various stations equipped with state-of-the-art, sophisticated measurement technology. This ensures that every phase of production supports our zero-defect philosophy.
Trial run
We have several modern test benches on which each pump undergoes an extensive test run program after final assembly. Only pumps that meet the required values are released for shipment to the customer. This means you can be 100% sure that the pumps will achieve the performance data you require and that is necessary for the process.
Development department
Our screw pumps are subject to the strictest quality controls and manufacturing tolerances. We also develop customized solutions for our customers based on our standard products, tailored to their requirements and needs.
