CHEMSPIN INLINE twin screw pump

Connections of your choice for easy technology conversion to twin screw pumps in industrial and chemical applications.

CHEMSPIN twin screw pumps are available with a wide variety of connection orientations. INLINE versions with parallel connections are available for continuously vertical or horizontal piping. These versions enable easy conversion from rotary or circumferantial piston pumps to CHEMSPIN twin screw pumps.

Technical parameters

The CHEMSPIN INLINE series is the flexible solution for a change in technology. Thanks to the variable connection arrangement, this pump type can be easily and conveniently integrated into existing lines. The ES series can be mounted horizontally, vertically upwards, vertically downwards, or even sideways on a wall.

The advantages at a glance

Cavitation

The NSPH values of the CHEMSPIN are very low. This applies to the entire operating range, including operating points close to zero flow. Increasing speeds and viscosities have only a minor influence.

Gas carrying

Self-priming, gas-pumping. Excellent suitability for unloading and transfer operations.

Space requirements

The opposite connection positions make it easier to integrate the pumps into existing systems.

Flexibility

A wide variety of products and a broad range of quantities and viscosities can be covered with just one pump. Reverse operation is possible, greatly reducing the variety of pumps required within a system.

Durability

The CHEMSPIN is manufactured from 1.4404 stainless steel as standard. Hardened pumping elements and contact-free operation result in high wear resistance.

Safe operation

Loaded, abrasive, or lumpy media can be pumped; with a suitable shaft seal, the system is safe-to-run dry or can operate in a dry run mode. Very low vibration and noise levels.

Other variants
