The HYGHSPIN hopper is an extension of the globally proven HYGHSPIN series made of stainless steel. The innovative twin screw pump with hopper opening is capable of easily transporting products with a viscosity of up to 1,000 Pa·s. Its feed screws are extended so that it can draw in non-flow capable products below the inlet hopper like an extruder and feed them into the pump chamber. This ensures particularly gentle pumping – external extruders are completely unnecessary.

The HYGHSPIN hopper is an attractive and economical 3-in-1 solution for your process. The infeed, pumping, and cleaning are performed in a single component, i.e., with just one pump. No additional pump units are required for CIP cleaning or for the infeed of the fluid or medium. The HOPPER series is available in both modular design and with a free shaft end.
