Screw spindle design
At the heart of the screw pumps are the feed screws, also known as screw spindles. The special feature of this conveying technology is the axial displacement of the product in the chambers of the screws. The screws themselves operate without contact and are driven by a synchronized gearbox. This ensures a constant flow rate and particularly gentle conveying.
Sealing technology
Different seal variants are available for screw pumps depending on the application. The advantage of Jung Process Systems sealing systems is their encapsulated design. All seals are designed as cartridge systems so that pumps can be easily and simply converted to a different sealing system if required.
