Screw geometries

Different screw pitch options are available for each pump size; these can be either single-start or double-start. The choice of screw design is determined based on the specific application, the pumping task, and the pumped medium.

Arrangement of flanges

Both the flow direction and the flange orientation can be customized. This allows the product connection to be made radially from the top or bottom, as well as from the side; on the pump cover, there is also the option of an axial flange connection.
 

Seals

Depending on the application and requirements, different seal variants and elastomers can be selected. This results in a wide range of customizable seal configurations.

Designs

The compact and robust block design is available for all series. Sizes 70, 90, 105 and 125 can also be offered with a free shaft end.

Materials

For parts that come into contact with the product, the standard material 1.4404 and the special materials 1.4539 or 1.4462 are available. However, other materials can also be provided upon request.

Sizes

Depending on the equipment, the pumps are available in 5 different sizes: Not all sizes are available for all series.

Flanges

8 different flange variants are available as standard for our pumps. Other variants can be realized on request.
